In late 2005, HTMT, since renamed HINDUJA GLOBAL SOLUTIONS LTD., an Indian multinational company involved in call center and business process outsourcing operations, decided to transfer its Philippine headquarters to its current site at E. Rodriguez Jr. Ave. (C-5 Road), Bgy. Ugong Norte, Libis, Quezon City. Mr. Rey M. Lagonsin's involvement as representative of the Lessor was instrumental in then HTMT's decision to lease the facility and pour substantial investments to transform the former warehouse compound into a high-tech facility that conforms to its operational standards as a multinational entity. In tandem with a cooperating broker, Mr. Lagonsin oversaw the initial activities of showing the property, negotiations and documentation which resulted in the signing of a long-term lease contract between the parties. Moreover, as required by the Lessee, Mr. Lagonsin took charge of the process to convert the entire property into an Information Technology (IT) Park under the auspices of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA). The facility, named as HTMT Cyberpark, consists of two adjoining buildings having a Total Floor Area of 9,081 square meters. Its Total Lot Area is 10,180 square meters, more or less.
